Cheap mobile calls from Cherry Call - Frequently Asked Questions

I have a problem connecting to the Cherry Call access number.
We've received several complaints from customers that connot connect to our access number 020 7112 7224 from their mobile phone. The reason for this problem lies with your mobile provider - we advise you to contact your mobile provider to complain about this connection issue.

How can I find your rate for the country I want to call?
Before you make a call, an automated rate message will inform you of the exact price of the call. Rates are quoted in pence per minute. Calls are billed per minute, inclusive of VAT.

How long does my Cherry Call credit remain valid?
Your Cherry Call amount will stay valid for a period of 90 days.

How long will the Cherry Call rates last?
Rates are subject to change at any time. Please visit our site often or sign up for our newsletter in order to receive the latest price changes.

How are my calls charged for?
Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute. You pay a 5p connection fee, plus the current rate per minute.

Can I use my Cherry Call credit on another handset that the one I used to prepay?
Unfortunately not, you can only use the credit on the mobile you prepaid from.

Are there any limits to the amount of credit I can top my mobile up with?
You can credit your mobile a maximum of 10 times per day.

How do I check my credit balance?
Just dial 0870 003 0010 from the mobile phone you sent the SMS from - calls from other phones will be rejected.
